Discover Lynn Valley (North Vancouver)

Lynn Valley is a growing, mountainside neighbourhood in North Vancouver. Anchored by Lynn Valley Centre and its commercial hub with multi-unit condo and townhouse developments, winding streets fan outwards with rows of single-family homes. This contrast between quiet suburban life and big-city-ish living makes the area very convenient and attractive for homeowners of all types. And when you take into consideration the amenities in and around the neighbourhood, you begin to realize how special Lynn Valley really is.

Playing & Exploring in Lynn Valley

The biggest draw to Lynn Valley is the nearby Lynn Headwaters Regional Park which has an extensive trail network around the Lynn Canyon, with more rugged trails extending farther out. Aside from the natural beauty of the surrounding forest, there is also a variety of more urban parks in the neighbourhood. Viewlynn Park, for example, offers a baseball diamond in a local neighbourhood. Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre provides indoor activity spaces and is surrounded by Kirkstone Park with its own parks facilities such as a soccer field, lacrosse box, tennis courts and skate park. 

Schools in Lynn Valley

Lynn Valley has many schools within its bounds. A mix of both public and private schools, there is a French-immersion school called Cousteau L’école Française Internationale, along with the IB-curriculum Brockton Preparatory School. In the neighbourhood, Argyle Secondary School and Ross Road Elementary School are among the larger public schools.
