Quilchena is a very peaceful, residential neighbourhood in the centre of Vancouver West. It is a place where you will find mostly single-family homes, parks and schools with little businesses/shops in the area.

Quilchena sits right next to VanDusen Botanical Gardens, a beautiful garden full of stunning greenery and flower displays, art installations, plus fine dining and cafe spots. This garden is a very popular place for people all around Vancouver to come visit year-round. There are also many community parks around the neighbourhood to enjoy, walks, recreational activities, picniks and more. Quilchena Park and Prince of Wales Park both provide lots of greenspace to enjoy in the neighbourhood. 

Multiple Schools in the District

Within the neighbourhood you can find Quilchena Elementary School and Point Grey Secondary School. In close proximity, there is also Prince of Wales Secondary School, Taoli Chinese School and Vancouver College, offering multiple schooling options in the community.
