Fraserview has long been associated with a diverse, multicultural, middle-class population. It’s impossible to talk about Fraserview without mentioning the major attraction bearing this neighbourhood’s name: the Fraserview Golf Course. With 18 holes and tree-lined fairways, this par 72, public golf course is a serious draw for beginner and experienced golfers alike seeking a tee time which can fit in their busy schedules. Speaking of sports involving a swing, nearby Bobolink Park has four baseball diamonds suitable used by youth leagues and casual softball leagues. Just a step outside the neighbourhood to the east of Fraserview Golf Course is Everett Crowley Park, a wooded park with walking trails and an off-leash dog park.
