100% Free to list your property for rent. No retainer fees, no 'marketing/administration' costs. Period. We only charge our fees once we secure a renter for the property to a qualified tenant. This means we are fully invested with you in a shared goal of finding a tenant quickly for your property. This also means finding the right tenant who will be a great fit for the your asset

We arrange for a professional photography service to shoot the property. This helps greatly in standing out against the competition, coupled with an excellent and thorough description of the property. Our listings rent quicker in part because of ensuring our listings present the best. All of our listings are marketed on our website which averages over 15,000 visits a month. Owners can see their listings on our website and the amount of traffic on the listing is showcased by a 'hit' counter on each listing. Contract Signing

We take care of all the tenancy paperwork and move-in procedures (in the case of a strata property) which includes submitting documents such as a form K. This is all in an effort to make the move in process as straightforward as possible and ensuring a smooth tenancy transition.

Full Move In Service

All of our luxury tenants receive a complimentary bottle of wine, a move in package for common questions, and information pertaining to the property being rented along with emergency contact numbers/email. A full condition inspection report is completed during move in to ensure an honest representation of the property is documented to protect our landlords.
