Knight is one of the most ethnically-diverse areas in Vancouver, owing to its overlap with Kensington-Cedar Cottage neighbourhood. This area is in good company, flanked on either side by Main and Victoria - two neighbourhoods with their own famous reputations for being places where residents of different cultures can mix and congregate.

A defining feature of the Knight neighbourhood is that the vast majority of housing stock in this area are single-family homes. If you’re looking for condos & townhomes, there are some developments clustered around the neighbourhood’s commercial area towards Knight Street or Kingsway.

Things to Do in Knight

Residents in the Knight neighbourhood might be interested in spending time at the conveniently-located community centres operated by the City of Vancouver, or making an outing to a nearby park. Otherwise, there are also locally-renowned bakeries and restaurants along Knight Street and the streets it intersects - along with well-known name brand shops and exclusively-local boutiques.
