Discover Kerrisdale (Vancouver West)

Kerrisdale is a neighbourhood mostly made up of single family homes, however you will still find a few mid-to-highrise apartments in the area. This area has lots of character and features many historic houses throughout the neighbourhood. 

Lots of Park Space and Recreational Spaces

You can also make great use of the recreational amenities offered with Kerrisdale Community Centre, Elm Park, two golf courses, and a public swimming and fitness facility within the neighbourhood. There are some great schools to choose from, for all ages. Kerrisdale Elementary and Kerrisdale Annex lie within the neighbourhood. Point Grey Secondary School is a great high school within close proximity to Kerrisdale. 

Shopping, Dining, Coffee Shops and More!

Shopping, dining and errand-running can be done around here as well, with Kerrisdale Village that runs along one of the main streets. Kerrisdale Village offers a quaint downtown-like core with coffee shops, fine restaurants, banks, clothing stores, spas/hair studies and more. Kerrisdale is also very close to Vancouver Airport, sitting just 15 minutes North by car.
