Mount Pleasant falls South of Downtown Vancouver and provides a slower-paced and more peaceful living spot compared to the downtown core. This neighbourhood presents a combination of beautiful skyline views, nearby access to the downtown core, parks and paths for activities, and a great variety of dining options in a more serene neighbourhood.

Just south of Downtown Vancouver, Mount Pleasant is a relatively new neighbourhood with quick and easy access to downtown. Due to its proximity, many condos and townhomes can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city’s skyline. Access to downtown can be done easily by public transit , 15 minute bus ride, or 5 minutes by car. 

Original and  Trendy Dining 

For a great way to start out your day, there are many coffee shops around the neighbourhood. Mount Pleasant is not a place for over-priced dining, this area is filled with original and trendy restaurants that provide many great spots to eat with exciting atmospheres and amazing food. As an added bonus, many of these restaurants are very affordable, making this neighbourhood a great place to live and experience its offerings!

Walking Through the neighbourhood

For those who enjoy walking/biking around, there are multiple scenes to enjoy. The heart of the neighbourhood lies on Main Street where you can enjoy taking a walk around and exploring the different shops. There are also quaint neighbourhoods in Mount Pleasant that you may enjoy taking a stroll through. Multiple parks are placed around the neighbourhood as well, giving many different scenes for one to enjoy a walk or bike around.
