Attached homes in Richmond showed a strong sellers market at 45%
This September, the condos and townhomes sold quickly with an average of only 14 days on market! A wide range of price bands were popular, with a few standouts:
Within this range, $500K~$600K and $1M~$1.2M were the most popular, both at a 63% sales ratio. Outside this range, there were only 18 condos over $1.75M, and none of them were sold.

- No houses priced over $3.5M were sold in Richmond this September.
- The most popular houses in Richmond were 3-4 bedroom houses, with sales ratio of 28%
