AVERAGE OF 62% SALES RATIO 

6.2 attached homes out of every 10 were selling in Richmond this November. This is a high sales ratio, and means it was a sellers market. Attached homes (condos and townhomes) with three bedrooms in Richmond were found to sell fastest this November. 

THE TOP 5 PRICE BANDS:
  1. $300k-$400k condos and townhouses in Richmond sold at 100% sales ratio
  2. $500k-$600k condos and townhouses in Richmond sold at 89% sales ratio
  3. $800k-$900k condos and townhouses in Richmond sold at 85% sales ratio
  4. $600k-$700k condos and townhouses in Richmond sold at 76% sales ratio
  5. $1m-$1.25 condos and townhouses in Richmond sold at 67% sales ratio

SEVERAL NEIGHBORHOOD’S SALES RATIOS EXCEEDING 100%

  1. Boyd Park had a sales ratio of 225% with 4 condos/ townhomes added to inventory and 9 sales  
  2. Quilchena had a sales ratio of 150% with 8 condos/ townhomes added to inventory and 12 sales
  3. Terra Nova had a sales ratio of 120% with 5 condos/ townhomes added to inventory and 6 sales
  4. Riverdale had a sales ratio of 114% with 7 condos/ townhomes added to inventory and 8 sales 
  5. Brighouse South had a sales ratio of 110% with 40 condos/ townhomes added to inventory and 44 sales 

There were some neighbourhoods with higher ratios that placed them within the top of the chart, but their low added inventory made their ratios statistically skewed, and irrelevant for the purposes of this list. For example, East Cambie had a 500% sales ratio, as it sold 5 condos/ townhouses with only 1 added to inventory. Also, Stevenson North had a 200% sales ratio, with only two sales and one condo/ townhome added to inventory.
