This past August 2021, detached homes in Vancouver East sold for an average final sale price of $1,689,700, a 12.4% increase from last year. Detached home sellers in the area saw lots of interest and a perfect opportunity to sell this August. There were 136 detached homes listed on the MLS®, with 102 of those homes selling, resulting in an incredible 75% sales ratio.

Condos in Vancouver East sold for an average final sale price of $629,500, a 4.8% increase from last year. There were 214 Vancouver East condos listed on the MLS®, with 155 of those selling, resulting in a 72.4% sales ratio.
