Roche Point condos and townhomes had the highest sales ratio this month at 233% from 6 new listings and 14 sales. Next, Edgemont condos and townhomes sold at a 175% sales ratio from 4 new listings and 7 sales. Lynn Valley condos and townhomes also saw tons of actions with a 114% sales ratio from 14 new listings and 16 sales.
Central and Lower Lonsdale had a lot of action, bringing in lots of new inventory and seeing a lot of sales. Condos and townhomes in Central and Lower Lonsdale had a 75% sales ratio from a total of 116 new listings and 18 sales.
