North Vancouver condos and townhomes continue to outperform all other areas for condo and townhomes sales. Although slightly lower from last month, the sales ratio of 41% this month continues to keep this market type as a sellers market.
Popular Neighbourhoods for Condos and Townhomes in North Vancouver
Condos and townhomes in Central Lonsdale continue to perform very well this month, selling 28 units of the 53 listings available. As well, condos and townhomes in Lower Lonsdale did great with 36 sales, matching the neighbourhood’s sales in June. Other popular neighbourhoods include Lynnmour with a sales ratio of 63% and Lynn Valley with a 79% sales ratio.

Single Family Homes in North Vancouver
Detached houses in North Vancouver sales continued to struggle. The average sales ratio dropped to 21% from the previous month’s 27% sales ratio. There were 45 sales of the total 212 listing inventory. Homes are selling on average 4% below list price. The most active price band for North Vancouver homes is $2M – $2.25M with an average 78% sales ratio.
Central Lonsdale, Edgemont and Upper Delbrook; Best Selling Neighbourhoods in North Vancouver for Detached Houses in July 2022
While sales of detached homes in many North Vancouver neighbourhoods declined between June to July, some sales ratios increased. Central Lonsdale, Edgemont and Upper Delbrook saw increases in sales ratios – 41%, 31% and 30% respectively.
