Popular Neighbourhoods for Condos and Townhomes in North Vancouver
Condos and townhomes in Central Lonsdale perform very well this month, selling 26 units of the 52 listings available. As well, condos and townhomes in Lower Lonsdale did great with 36 sales. Other popular neighbourhoods include Mosquito Creek with a sales ratio of 77% and Lynn Valley with a 65% sales ratio.

Detached houses in North Vancouver sales struggled a bit this month. The average sales ratio dropped to 27% from the previous months 37% sales ratio. There were 63 sales of the total 234 inventory. Homes are selling on average 1% below list price. The most active price band was detached homes from $1.75M – $2M with an average 55% sales ratio.
Westlynn, Lynn Valley and Blueridge; Best Selling Neighbourhoods in North Vancouver for Detached Houses
Sales of single family homes in Westlynn did well this month. Westlyn had a sales ratio of 82% selling 9 of the 11 detached homes. After Westlynn, the
next best performing neighbourhood was Lynn Valley, seeking 7 of the 10 inventory for that area. Although not selling as much, Blueridge still had an impressive sales ratio of 67% a nd managed to sell 4 of the 6 single family homes that neighbourhood had listed.
