North Vancouver Homes Continue To See High Demand This July 2021

The North Vancouver housing market continues to remain active throughout July 2021, despite slower summer months. Demand for North Shore homes remains high therefore, prices continue to rise while days spent on the market are low with eager buyers ready to buy. 

Detached Homes In North Vancouver Continue To See Rising Prices

Detached homes in North Vancouver had an average final sale price of $1,896,300, an 18.5% increase from last year. There were 86 single-family homes in North Vancouver listed on the MLS®, with 72 of those detached homes selling in July 2021, resulting in an 83.7% sales ratio.

North Vancouver Condos Had An Average Of 17 Days Days On The Market 

Townhomes in North Vancouver sold for an average price of $1,125,500, a 14.2% increase from last July 2020. There were 48 townhomes listed on the MLS®, with 39 of those homes selling in July, resulting in an 81.3% sales ratio. Condos in North Vancouver sold for an average price of $654,800, a 10% increase from last year. There were 162 condos listed on the MLS® this past July, with 137 of those condos selling in July, resulting in an 84.6% sales ratio. Buyers were quick to snatch up condos in North Vancouver this past July with an average of only 17 days on the market.
