Single-family homes in North Vancouver this past May 2021 sold for an average selling price of $1,902,600, a 23.2% increase from last May. There were 248 single-family homes listed while 128, over half sold (52% selling ratio).

Attached homes in North Vancouver

Townhomes in North Vancouver had an average selling price of $1,104,900, a 12.8% increase from last year. Homeowners are still in high demand for North Shore townhomes, with 73 listed in May, with 58 of that selling resulting in an incredible 79% sales ratio. Condos in North Vancouver this May had an average final sale price of $654,000, a 10.1% increase from last May 2020. With 271 condos listed on the MLS®, 171 sold, resulting in high demand and a 63% sales ratio.
