Condos & Townhomes Sales In Vancouver West Remain In High Demand
This June, townhomes in Vancouver West sold for an average price of $1,288,800, a 15.1% increase from last June 2020. There were 149 townhomes listed on the MLS®, with 74 of those townhomes selling, resulting in a 49.6% sales ratio. Condos in Vancouver West sold for an average price of $831,200, a 5.3% increase from last year, however a decrease of 0.6% from last month. There were 854 condos for sale on the MLS® with 426 selling resulting in a 49.8% sales ratio.
