High Sales Volume For North Vancouver Homes This August, 2021

North Vancouver neighbourhoods continue to grow in popularity as homeowners are attracted to the stunning nature, family-oriented communities, and easy access to downtown Vancouver. This past August, there was a very high demand for housing in the area with notable sales ratios for single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in the area. 

Detached homes in North Vancouver Had A 97.3% Sales Ratio

Detached homes in North Vancouver sold for an average final sale price of $1,865,800, a 15.5% increase from last August. We can see that demand for North Vancouver detached homes was high in August as there were 74 single-family homes listed on the MLS® with 72 sales, resulting in a 97.3% sales ratio.

Low Inventory Of Attached Homes In North Vancouver

North Vancouver townhomes sold for an average price of $1,140,100, a 13.8% increase from last August. There were 45 townhomes listed on the MLS® with 42 sales, resulting in a 93% sales ratio. Condos sold for an average price of $649,600, a 8.8% increase from last year. There were 127 condos listed on the MLS® with 99 of those listings sold, resulting in a 78% sales ratio.
