Although this market has shifted away from a sellers market, homes are still selling at an average 3% above list price in the Westside. Here are the neighbourhoods with the best single family home sales in May.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano;MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena;S.W.+Marine\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Kitsilano, South West Marine, Mackenzie Heights and Quilchena<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> all Sell Above Market Average<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kitsilano had the highest sales ratio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for single family homes in Vancouver West. These homes sold at a 34% sales ratio from 38 listings and 13 sales. The next highest was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-S.W.+Marine\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">South West Marine houses that sold<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at a 31% sales ratio with 16 new listings and 5 sales. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-MacKenzie+Heights;Quilchena\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mackenzie Heights and Quilchena houses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> also sold above the market average. These homes brought in more inventory, but less sales, than last month.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">South Marine and Grandview Woodland Sell the fastest<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Fraserview+VE;Grandview+VE;South+Marine\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">South Marine and Fraserview single family homes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sold the fastest this month with 23 new listin<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gs and 7 sales, producing a 30% sales ratio. Next,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Hastings+Sunrise;Renfrew+Heights;Renfrew+VE\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hastings Sunrise, Renfrew Heights and Renfrew single family homes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> produced a 22% sales ratio from 111 new listings and 24 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Fastest Selling House Prices<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Houses that sold the fastest in Vancouver Eastside were priced in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-1500000\/max_price-1750000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$1.5-$1.75M range<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. These houses sold at a 33% sales ratio with 54 new listings and 18 sales. The next fastest selling price band is<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2500000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> $2M &#8211; $2.5M houses in Vancouver Eastside <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that brought in 174 new listings and 41 sales (24% sales ratio). <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Fraser+VE;Main\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main and Fraser houses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> also had a lot of attention, generating a 27% sales ratio from 49 new listings and 13 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_bedroom-3\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">3 &#8211; 4 Bedroom Houses in Vancouver East<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> are the Most Popular<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3-4 bedroom homes sold the fastest in Vancouver East, generating a 21% sales ratio from 164 new listings and 35 sales.
