Although the market is slowing, there are many neighbourhoods in the Eastside that are continuing to see high sales ratios.<\/p>\n<h5>Champlain Heights, Killarney, Hastings Sell at Over 100% Sales Ratios<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Hastings\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Hastings condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Hastings\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhome<\/a> sales had a great month, bringing in a 112% sales ratio from 17 new listings and 19 sales. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Champlain+Heights\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Champlain Heights condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Champlain+Heights\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> sold very fast this month, producing a 109% sales ratio from 11 new listings and 12 sales. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Killarney+VE\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Killarney condos<\/a>\u00a0 &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Killarney+VE\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> also sold very fast with a 125% sales ratio, but from a smaller inventory (4 new listings and 5 sales).<\/p>\n<h5>Most Active Price Bands in East Vancouver<\/h5>\n<p>Here are the best performing prices for condo and townhome listings in East Vancouver in May. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Condo\/min_price-500000\/max_price-600000\/page-1\">$500k &#8211; $600k condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-Townhome\/min_price-500000\/max_price-600000\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> in East Van hit the sweet spot this month, producing the highest sales ratio of 71%. These condos and townhomes brought in 56 new listings with 40 sales.<\/p>\n<h4>Downtown Vancouver Condos &amp; Townhomes<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-984 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2.jpg\" alt=\"Downtown Vancouver condo and townhome sales, May 2022\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sales in Downtown Vancouver also continued to decline in May, bringing in a 25% total sales ratio. Downtown and Yaletown condos and townhomes sold the fastest in the area with 581 total new listings and 172 total sales (30% sales ratio). Kitsilano condos and townhomes sold at the highest pace in the area, bringing in an 81% sales ratio from 80 new listings and 65 sales.
