The neighbourhood recording the highest sales ratio was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Saunders\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Saunders condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Saunders\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a>, which recorded a 500% sales ratio, however there was only 1 new listing with 5 sales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Steveston+North;Steveston+South\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Stevenson North and Stevenson South condos<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Steveston+North;Steveston+South\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"> townhomes sold at 121% sales ratio<\/a> (19 listings, 21 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Riverdale+RI;Terra+Nova\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Riverdale and Terra Nova condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Riverdale+RI;Terra+Nova\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 115% sales ratio<\/a> (13 listings, 15 sales)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Brighouse+South;McLennan+North\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Brighouse South and McLennan North condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Brighouse+South;McLennan+North\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes sold at 82% sales ratio<\/a> (95 listings, 78 sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Lots of Listings in Brighouse and West Cambie<\/h5>\n<p>Listings wise,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Brighouse;West+Cambie\/type-Condo\/page-1\"> Brighouse and West Cambie condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Brighouse;West+Cambie\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> brought in the most inventory this month with 333 total new listings (and 150 sales).<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/type-House\/page-1\">Richmond Detached Homes<\/a><\/h3>\n<h4>Neighbourhoods with the Most Sales<\/h4>\n<p>Similar to condo and townhome sales this month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Steveston+North;Steveston+South\/type-House\/page-1\">Stevenson North and Stevenson South homes<\/a> sold very well. Stevenson North and South homes sold at a collective 45% sales ratio with 44 new listings and 20 sales.
