A relatively unspoken topic, furnished rentals have actually seen a drastic decline in viability during the Phase 1 and Phase 2 timeframe of the government response. This is due to an overwhelming decline in corporate relocations, film set shutdowns, declines in insurance claims, and cancelation of travel plans. The demographic that primarily rents furnished properties has been absolutely the most impacted by the onset of COVID-19.
