Collectively, the Eastside tallied a 61% sales ratio, bringing in 363 new listings and 221 sales. Within the Eastside, many neighbourhoods had very impressive individual sales.<\/p>\n<h4>Exceptional Sales in Mount Pleasant, Downtown, Grandview Woodland, South Marine<\/h4>\n<p>Mount Pleasant, Downtown, Grandview Woodland, and South Marine recorded extremely high sales ratios with impressive sales. These 4 neighbourhoods all recorded sales ratios above 60% with new inventory and sales in the double digits. Here are the results of these neighbourhoods in order of highest sales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VE\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Mount Pleasant condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VE\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes recorded 51 sales<\/a>\u00a0(68 new listings, 75% sales ratio)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-South+Marine\/type-Condo\/page-1\">South Marine condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-South+Marine\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes recorded 30 sales<\/a> (49 new listings, 61% sales ratio.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Downtown+VE;Grandview+Woodland\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Grandview Woodland and Downtown condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Downtown+VE;Grandview+Woodland\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes both had 19 sales each<\/a> (38 total sales, 42 total new listings, 90% sales ratio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Impressively High Sales Ratios for Renfrew, Champlain Heights, Main<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/v\">Renfrew, Champlain Heights, Main condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Champlain+Heights;Main;Renfrew+Heights\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> all recorded sales ratios above 100% for February. February homes in Vancouver Eastside sold at a 29% sales ratio, compared to 19% sales ratio in January. The price band of $1.75M-$2.5M had the most attention with 183 new listings and 82 sales. Here is the breakdown of the best performing price bands.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/area-Main\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2250000\/page-1\">$2M-$2.25M homes had a 58% sales ratio<\/a> with 30 sales and 52 new listings<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-1750000\/max_price-2000000\/page-1\">$1.75M-$2M homes had a 43% sales ratio<\/a> with 30 sales and 70 new listings<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+East\/type-House\/min_price-2250000\/max_price-2750000\/page-1\">$2.25M-$2.75M homes had a 36% sales ratio<\/a> with 22 sales and 61 new listings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>No Sales Above $3.5M for Vancouver East Homes in February<\/h4>\n<p>There were a number of luxury homes added to the market priced above $3.5M. Although they did not see any sales, there is a beautiful collection of homes available for this price range.
