{"id":865,"date":"2022-03-21T15:00:39","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T19:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/?p=865"},"modified":"2022-04-18T16:19:27","modified_gmt":"2022-04-18T20:19:27","slug":"real-estate-report-in-vancouver-january-2022-westside-condos-homes-townhomes-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/real-estate-report-in-vancouver-january-2022-westside-condos-homes-townhomes-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Real Estate Report in Vancouver &#8211; February 2022  (Part 2 &#8211; Vancouver Westside)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver Westside saw an impressive month in sales for both attached and detached homes. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Vancouver Westside condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> brought in a 44% sales ratio, with multiple neighbourhoods and price bands bringing in over a 90% sales ratio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Single Family homes in Vancouver West<\/a> also had an increasingly successful month compared to January with a 19% sales ratio compared to 13%.<\/p>\n<h3>Attached Homes Sales in Vancouver Westside<\/h3>\n<h4>Top 3 Neighbourhoods by Sales Ratio, Condos and Townhomes<\/h4>\n<p>A number of Vancouver West neighbourhoods had a very successful month in sales.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\"> Mount Pleasant condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes claimed the top spot with an outstanding 133% sales ratio<\/a>. However, this neighbourhood only performed in single digit metrics of 6 new listings and 8 sales. One neighbourhood to note that had an extremely high performance in all 3 categories was Kitsilano. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Kitsilano condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes had a nearly perfect 98% sales ratio<\/a> with 46 new listings and 45 sales. <a href=\"http:\/\/v\">Quilchena condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Quilchena\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> claimed the third highest sales ratio of Vancouver Westside with an 80% sales ratio from 10 new listings and 8 sales.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Other High Performing Neighbourhoods<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Other high performing neighbourhoods include Dunbar, Fairview, False Creek, Shaughnessy and SW Marine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Fairview+VW;False+Creek;Shaughnessy\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Fairview, Shaugnessy, and False Creek condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Fairview+VW;False+Creek;Shaughnessy\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> collectively brought in 142 new listings and 76 sales for a 53% sales ratio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar;S.W.+Marine\/type-Condo\/page-1\">Dunbar and SW Marine condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar;S.W.+Marine\/type-Townhome\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> also had a fast-paced month with a 52% sales ratio (19 new listings and 10 sales).<\/p>\n<h3>Single Family Home Sales in Vancouver Westside<\/h3>\n<h4>Highest Performing Neighbourhoods by Sales Ratio for\u00a0 Detached Homes<\/h4>\n<p>Although Vancouver West detached homes did not see as much action compared to condos and townhomes in regards to inventory this month, there were a number of neighbourhoods with impressive sales ratios. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-House\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Kitsilano, Vancouver West homes accomplished a 65% sales ratio <\/a>with 20 new listings and 13 sales. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Fairview+VW;Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-House\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Fairview and Mount Pleasant homes also had a great month with a 42% sales ratio,<\/a> bringing in 7 new listings and 3 sales.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Here Is a Brief Summary of Best Performing Price Bands for February Homes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2500000\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">$2M &#8211; $2.5M homes in Vancouver west had a 75% sales ratio (8 new listings, 6 sales)<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-2500000\/max_price-2750000\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">$2.5M &#8211; $2.75M homes in Vancouver west had a 58% sales ratio (12 new listings, 7 sales)<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/min_price-2750000\/max_price-3000000\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">$2.75M &#8211; $3M homes in Vancouver west had a 45% sales ratio (29 New listings, 13 sales).<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Want More Information That Separates Sales Figures in The Westside?<\/h4>\n<p>To obtain a more detailed report of Vancouver Westside\u2019s real estate sales that further separates condos &amp; townhomes, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/contact\">contact the Filer &amp; Welch team<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver West had an impressive month in sales for attached and detached homes.
