
{"id":865,"date":"2022-03-21T15:00:39","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T19:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/?p=865"},"modified":"2022-04-18T16:19:27","modified_gmt":"2022-04-18T20:19:27","slug":"real-estate-report-in-vancouver-january-2022-westside-condos-homes-townhomes-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/real-estate-report-in-vancouver-january-2022-westside-condos-homes-townhomes-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Real Estate Report in Vancouver &#8211; February 2022  (Part 2 &#8211; Vancouver Westside)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vancouver Westside saw an impressive month in sales for both attached and detached homes. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Vancouver Westside condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes<\/a> brought in a 44% sales ratio, with multiple neighbourhoods and price bands bringing in over a 90% sales ratio. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/type-House\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">Single Family homes in Vancouver West<\/a> also had an increasingly successful month compared to January with a 19% sales ratio compared to 13%.<\/p>\n<h3>Attached Homes Sales in Vancouver Westside<\/h3>\n<h4>Top 3 Neighbourhoods by Sales Ratio, Condos and Townhomes<\/h4>\n<p>A number of Vancouver West neighbourhoods had a very successful month in sales.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Condo\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\"> Mount Pleasant condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Mount+Pleasant+VW\/type-Townhome\/order_by-price\/order_direction-DESC\/page-1\">townhomes claimed the top spot with an outstanding 133% sales ratio<\/a>. However, this neighbourhood only performed in single digit metrics of 6 new listings and 8 sales.
