Mount Pleasant &amp; Quilchena Not Far Behind<\/h4>\n<p>Kitsilano saw a prosperous month with an increase in detached housing sales ratio from December to January of 25% to 38% respectively. This 38% sales ratio was the highest of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Cambie;Coal+Harbour;Dunbar;Fairview+VW;False+Creek;Kerrisdale;Kitsilano;MacKenzie+Heights;Marpole;Mount+Pleasant+VW;Oakridge+VW;Point+Grey;Quilchena;S.W.+Marine;Shaughnessy;South+Cambie;South+Granville;Southlands;University+VW\/type-House\/page-1\">all Westside neighbourhoods<\/a> this month.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Condo\/max_price-1000000\/page-1\">Condos<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kitsilano\/type-Townhome\/max_price-1000000\/page-1\">townhomes in Kitsilano,<\/a> once again, blew away the market in January. Although this price range stunned the market, homes above this price point started off the year with much less exciting results.
