When it comes to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Arbutus;Cambie;Dunbar;Fairview+VW;False+Creek;Kerrisdale;Kitsilano;MacKenzie+Heights;Marpole;Mount+Pleasant+VW;Oakridge+VW;Point+Grey;Quilchena;S.W.+Marine;Shaughnessy;South+Cambie;South+Granville;Southlands;University+VW\/type-House\/min_price-6500000\/page-1\">luxury priced segment of Vancouver Westside homes over $6.5M<\/a>, there were a staggering 156 listings added with only 1 sale for a paltry 0.6% sales ratio.<\/p>\n<p>The high number of new inventory and scarce sales in the high price segment in Vancouver Westside appear to be skewing the net sales ratio to \u201cbalanced\u201d, while the majority of activity and sales in the mid-range price bands show a still hot sellers market.<\/p>\n<h4>Fastest Moving Vancouver Westside Areas for Houses in December 2021<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Kerrisdale;Quilchena;South+Cambie\/type-House\/page-1\">Quilchena, Kerrisdale &amp; South Cambie houses had the highest sales ratios among Vancouver West<\/a>, with all three areas moving at 33% or higher. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Dunbar;Point+Grey;South+Granville\/type-House\/page-1\">most inventory movements in Vancouver West were seen in Dunbar, Point Grey, South Granville<\/a> however, combining for 30 of the 79 homes sold. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Vancouver+West\/area-Marpole;Shaughnessy\/type-House\/page-1\">Shaughnessy and Marpole had the lowest sales ratios in Vancouver Westside (7% for both)<\/a>.
