The average sales ratio for all <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in North Vancouver was a high 78%. This is impressive with such a high amount of inventory added, (220 new listings), meaning there were 171 total sales. North Vancouver has been moving incredibly fast recently, and has only gotten faster since <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/blog\/north-vancouver-real-estate-moving-at-lightspeed-in-october-2021\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">October<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fastest moving price bands were:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-800000\/max_price-900000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$800,000~$900,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-800000\/max_price-900000\/page-1\"> had 19 new condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-800000\/max_price-900000\/page-1\">townhouses added to inventory in North Vancouver<\/a> with 26 sales for a 137% sales ratio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-600000\/max_price-700000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$600,000~$700,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-600000\/max_price-700000\/page-1\"> had 24 new condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-600000\/max_price-700000\/page-1\">townhouses added to inventory in North Vancouver<\/a> with 29 sales for a 121% sales ratio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-505000\/max_price-600000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$500,000~$600,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-505000\/max_price-600000\/page-1\"> had 20 new condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-505000\/max_price-600000\/page-1\">townhouses added to inventory in North Vancouver<\/a> with 23 sales for a 115%\u00a0 sales ratio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-400000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$400,000~$500,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-400000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\"> had 11 new condos<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-400000\/max_price-500000\/page-1\">townhouses added to inventory in North Vancouver<\/a> with 10 sales for a 91% sales ratio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-700000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$700,000-$800,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-700000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\"> had 21 new condos<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Townhome\/min_price-700000\/max_price-800000\/page-1\"> townhouses added to inventory in North Vancouver<\/a> with 19 sales for a 90% sales ratio.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-Condo\/min_price-300000\/max_price-400000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*$300,000~$400,000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> had the highest sales ratio at 400%, however this is due to very low inventory added (1) and 4 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">LOTS OF HOT NEIGHBOURHOODS IN NORTH VANCOUVER FOR TOWNHOUSES &amp; CONDOS\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Roche+Point;Upper+Lonsdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roche Point and Upper Lonsdale posted unusually high sales ratios for condos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &amp; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Roche+Point;Upper+Lonsdale\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">townhomes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Roche+Point\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roche Point <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">having 333% and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Upper+Lonsdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upper Lonsdale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> having 133%. However, Roche Point only had 10 sales, its ratio being the consequence of very little inventory being added (3). Upper Lonsdale had a similar story, also having 3 in inventory and just 4 sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There were also <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale;Lower+Lonsdale;Lynn+Valley;Lynnmour\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">neighbourhoods with high sales<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> numbers as well as high ratios. The top 4 were:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Lynn+Valley\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lynn Valley,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with 110% sales ratio, 22 sales and 20 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Lynnmour\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lynnmour<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with 100% sales ratio, 22 sales and 22 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Central Lonsdale,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with 97% sales ratio, 36 sales and 37 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lower Lonsdale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with 86% sales ratio, 42 sales and 49 added to inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fact, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale;Lower+Lonsdale;Lynn+Valley;Lynnmour\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lynn Valley, Lynnmour, Central and Lower Lonsdale condo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\/<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/area-Central+Lonsdale;Lower+Lonsdale;Lynn+Valley;Lynnmour\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> townhome sales made up 71% of all North Vancouver attached home sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">WANT MORE INFORMATION?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curious to learn more about the hottest neighbourhoods and price bands in North Van?
