Rowan Sky<\/a> is an independently owned boutique located in the most touristy part of downtown, Gastown. Look no further for a well-curated selection of quality shoes & bags for both men & women!<\/p>\n

Downtown Vancouver is a great neighbourhood<\/a> for the urban dweller. As of writing this, you can find condos for sale in Downtown Vancouver ranging from $458,000 up to about $9,000,000<\/a>. Gastown itself is a touristy neighbourhood, famously known for its whistling steam clock, souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes.<\/p>\n

Our Pick for Vancouver Westside – Motherland in Kitsilano<\/h4>\n

Motherland in Kitsilano<\/a> offers some of the best casual menswear. Kitsilano is a vibrant and exciting part of Vancouver<\/a> with great shopping & dining options on West 4th avenue, as well as many beaches & parks to enjoy.<\/p>\n

The most expensive house listed in Kitsilano at the time of writing is asking just under $16 million<\/a>. When it comes to condos in Kitsilano, the starting price is just over half a million<\/a> at the time of writing.<\/p>\n

Our Pick for North Vancouver – Pebble Baby in Edgemont Village<\/h4>\n
