style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alone had 301 condos for sale!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Brighouse, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-West+Cambie\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">West Cambie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Brighouse+South\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brighouse South<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> had the highest number of sales at 59 and 31 respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In terms of sales ratios, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Lackner\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lackner was the most popular at 400%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Terra+Nova\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terra Nova trailing at 140%.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-McNair;Steveston+North;Steveston+South\/type-Condo\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McNair, Steveston North and Steveston 400;\">Richmond overall had sales ratios of 21% for detached homes, with some neighbourhoods being exceptionally active:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Steveston+Village\/type-House\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steveston Village detached houses had the highest sales ratio in Richmond at 200%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, followed by <\/span><a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-Richmond\/area-Quilchena+RI\/type-Townhome\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quilchena<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:
