There was low inventory of attached properties listed on the MLS\u00ae, resulting in a strong seller&#8217;s market and the perfect opportunity for home sellers to maximize their gains.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">West Vancouver Detached Homes Continue To See Rising Prices\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">West Vancouver detached homes sold for an average final sale price of $3,088,900, a 15.6% increase from last August. There were 6 townhomes listed on the MLS\u00ae in August, with 5 of those townhomes selling, resulting in a 83.3% sales ratio. Condos had a final average sale price of $1,102,400, a 10.1% increase from last year.
