The outstanding location and great amenities in Richmond has caused\u00a0 housing prices in the area to continue to rise over the past year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High Demand For Detached Homes In Richmond\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average final sale price for detached homes in Richmond this past July was $1,910,000, a 19.8% increase from last year. There were 124 townhomes listed on the MLS\u00ae, with 98 of those townhomes selling in July, resulting in a 79% sales ratio. Condos in Richmond sold for an average final sale price of $714,800, a 10.7% increase from last year.
