The majority of homes found in this area are detached homes, however, in June, condos in the area were in high demand with a low inventory.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detached Houses Continue To Rise In Price in West Vancouver<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This past June 2021, West Vancouver single-family homes sold for an average price of $3,152,500, a 12.4% increase from last June. Condos in West Vancouver sold for an average final sale price of $1,135,400, a 15.6% increase from last June.
