Discover how the housing market in this area has continued to change over the past year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detached Homes in Vancouver West Had Over 40% Sales Ratio<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average selling price for a detached home in Vancouver West this past June 2021 was $3,458,300, a 12.4% increase from last year. There were 149 townhomes listed on the MLS\u00ae, with 74 of those townhomes selling, resulting in a 49.6% sales ratio. Condos in Vancouver West sold for an average price of $831,200, a 5.3% increase from last year, however a decrease of 0.6% from last month.
