This May 2021, single-family homes had an average sale price of $3,383,100, an 11.2% increase from last May. Homeowners were in high demand of townhomes in the Vancouver West area this past May, with 177 townhouses listed on the MLS\u00ae with 106 selling, resulting in a 60% selling ratio. Apartments had an average selling price of\u00a0 $836,100, a slight 4.3% increase from last year.
