We\u2019re thankful you continue to trust us as your property management company and put your faith in our team. It\u2019s our job to be here for you and provide relief and support with all of\u00a0your real estate service needs.<\/p>\n<p>2020 has been a wild year with ever changing real estate dynamics here in the Vancouver area. Showing restrictions, virtual tours, face masks, and spatial distancing are now the standard. We experienced a full lockdown, and yet, at the same time, we witnessed near record levels of real estate sale transactions during the summer. Interest rates were dropped to just 0.25% by the Bank of Canada, and this is reflecting on mortgage rates accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>With this said, we are going to continue to monitor changes and policy decisions that may impact you, our valued clientele. Examples below are just a sample of some of the policies we are focused on.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In March, the Ministry of Housing of BC announced a banning of rent increase.
