Although slightly lower from last month, the sales ratio of 41% this month continues to keep this market type as a sellers market.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Popular Neighbourhoods for Condos and Townhomes in North Vancouver<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Condos and townhomes in Central Lonsdale continue to perform very well this month, selling 28 units of the 53 listings available. As well, condos and townhomes in Lower Lonsdale did great with 36 sales, matching the neighbourhood\u2019s sales in June. The average sales ratio dropped to 21% from the previous month&#8217;s 27% sales ratio. There were 45 sales of the total 212 listing inventory. Homes are selling on average 4% below list price. The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filerwelch.com\/listings\/city-North+Vancouver\/type-House\/min_price-2000000\/max_price-2250000\/page-1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">most active price band for North Vancouver homes is $2M &#8211; $2.25M<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with an average 78% sales ratio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Central Lonsdale, Edgemont and Upper Delbrook; Best Selling Neighbourhoods in North Vancouver for Detached Houses in July 2022<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While sales of detached homes in many North Vancouver neighbourhoods declined between June to July, some sales ratios increased.
