Detached homes in East Vancouver showed a strong sellers market at 30%
East Van showed strong activity with 100% list price achieved across 136 detached homes sold in September
- Houses in East Vancouver priced between $1.5M~$1.75M were the most popular with a whopping 79% sales ratio.
- Unlike the luxury segment in Vancouver Westside, however, there were no sales over $4M among houses in East Vancouver.
- Sales are up 33% compared to August 2021, during which 102 houses sold.
Attached homes(condos & townhomes) in East Vancouver showed a strong sellers market at 39%
- Condos in East Vancouver priced between $500k~$800k were the most popular at over 50% sales ratios.
- For attached homes, there were no sales over $1.75M in East Vancouver.
- Studios and 1 bedroom condos were been more popular than condos with more bedrooms, with sales ratio of 53%
