Neighbourhoods where condos & townhouses moved the fastest
Richmond showed a strong sellers market at 38% for attached homes, but some neighbourhoods were exceptionally popular:
- The Brighouse neighbourhood alone had 301 condos for sale!
- After Brighouse, West Cambie, and Brighouse South had the highest number of sales at 59 and 31 respectively.
- In terms of sales ratios, Lackner was the most popular at 400%, with Terra Nova trailing at 140%.
- McNair, Steveston North and Steveston South were also all at a 100% sales ratio.
Most popular neighbourhoods for detached houses in Richmond
Richmond overall had sales ratios of 21% for detached homes, with some neighbourhoods being exceptionally active:
- Steveston Village detached houses had the highest sales ratio in Richmond at 200%, followed by Brighouse South at 100%.
- In terms of absolute numbers, the highest number of sales belonged to Steveston North at 9.
Least Active Neighbourhoods In Richmond For condos and & townhouses
East Richmond, Garden City, Gilmore, Mclennan, Quilchena, Westwind, Seafair and Sea Island were the least active neighbourhoods with an inventory of 3 or less.
Least Active Neighbourhoods In Richmond For detached Houses
Brighouse, unlike for attached houses, was the least popular for detached houses at a 0% sales ratio. Three more neighbourhoods also had a sales ratio of 0% this September: Mclennan, Mclennan North, Gilmore
