Condo and townhome sales in Downtown Vancouver had a great month, selling at a 42% sales ratio. This carried out the same level of activity from the previous month with February selling at a 42% sales ratio as well.

Mid-Range Price Bands Sell Fast With High Inventory and Sales

Homes selling between $500K – $1.25M had an extremely successful month, all selling at over 50% sales ratios with high quantities. Here is the breakdown of the individual price bands:

Fastest Selling Neighbourhoods in Downtown Vancouver

Out of Downtown, Westend, Coal Harbour and Yaletown, Condos & townhomes in Downtown sold the fastest at a 51% sales ratio (270 listings, 138 sales). Yaletown condos & townhomes sold the second fastest at 43% (205 listings, 89 sales). Coal Harbour and Westend condos & townhomes sold slightly slower at a 33% sales ratio (276 listings, 90 sales).
